About Watts Restoration

Watts Restoration, Inc. has become one of the most respected contractors in the Tri-State area and our work and reputation have extended us the opportunity to display our workmanship throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. Watts Restoration's president, Jerry Watts, Jr. has been in the industry for over 40 years, as the Watts family has been in the restoration business since 1923.

We've done work for a broad range of clients including the University of Pennsylvania, Yankee Stadium, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Tastykake Baking Company and Pat's Steaks.

Our work is even reflected in our own headquarters, this restored 1760's farmhouse located in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.

Jerry Watts
President

Mr. Watts, a third-generation owner, has over 40 years’ experience in the industry. He is fully committed to all aspect of the company’s business.

John McCullough, VP
Chief Estimator/Project Manager, Façade Restoration

Mr. McCullough has been in the industry for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in historical restoration, masonry restoration, concrete restoration and waterproofing.

Dan Watts
Estimator/Project Manager

Mr. Watts is fourth-generation in the industry. Starting off in the field, he now works out of the office. Dan estimates, project manages, assists with day to day operations and is included in all major decisions.

Ed Minnex
Parking Garage Field Supervisor/Estimator

Mr. Minnex has 30-plus years’ experience in the concrete/parking garage restoration industry. Ed handles the daily operations of garage restoration, including project setup and safety.

Michael Eckman
Estimator/Project Manager/EIT, Parking Garage Restoration

Mr. Eckman has over 15 years of experience in the world of masonry restoration as a contractor and design professional. Mike is the bridge between the owner/design professional and Watts’ field operations.

Marty Henry
Estimator/Project Manager

Mr. Henry has been in the industry for over 30 years. He is well-versed on many different aspects of construction. Marty estimates and project manages those jobs. He sees the job from beginning to end.

Kevin Walls
Estimator/Project Manager

Mr. Walls has been in the industry for over 40 years. Kevin handles in-field take-offs, project manages, and assists with field operations.

Chris Holmes
Outside Supervisor/Estimator

Mr. Holmes has 40 years’ experience in the industry. He handles all out-of-area restorations, which includes projects in New York City, New Orleans, Boston, Texas and California.

Vinnie Giusti
Façade Field Superintendent

Mr. Giusti has been in the industry for over 30 years. Vinnie handles in-field façade operations and supervises up to 50 men.

Robert Cooper
Façade Field Project Manager

Mr. Cooper has been in the industry for over 40 years. "Coop" helps with in-field operations and ensures projects are completed on-time and satisfactory to clients.

Dan Isackman
Assistant Project Manager for Parking Garages

Mr. Isackman recently graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a degree in Construction Management. Dan assists with project managing and estimates for parking garage restoration.

Watts Restoration employs an average of 80 craftsmen on-season. Each project has a designated foreman with years of experience and proper safety training.
